We ship via Australia Post across Australia via Express Post.
Express post shipping is from AU$10 on Australian orders. Express Post shipping means your parcel will arrive to you within 1-3 business days after your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.
All online orders will be processed Monday to Friday only and are processed and sent out within 24hrs of receiving your order.
Please ensure that all details including the correct address is entered at checkout. We do not accept any responsibility if you do not receive your item due to us receiving incorrect address details.
Once your parcel(s) have been dispatched, they are then property of Australia Post.

We also offer standard shipping on all international orders for AU$35 and this can take usually between 5-20 business days. We also offer an express shipping option for AU$45 which can take anywhere between 3-5 working days depending on your location.
All orders are processed on business days only – Monday to Friday.
Once your parcel has left our store, it is the property of Australia Post (depending on the postage option you have chosen), however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can in assisting to track and find your parcel for you.

Please note all prices on Ivy Designer Collections are quoted in Australian Dollars, and international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Ivy Designer Collections are not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number (please check your spam/junk folder for your email in case it is treated as such). Please note your order can take a few hours to become available for tracking after you receive this number. If you are unable to locate the tracking number in your dispatched email notification you are welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We can then provide to you the tracking number.
If using Australia Post to track your order, please go to auspost.com or the website of your national postal service.
Please note that any spaces before or after your tracking number will make it appear invalid. Australia Post will only update the tracking status as it leaves Toowoomba and then again when it reaches your nearest post office (generally the day it is delivered to you), therefore if the only entry says Toowoomba, that means it is in transit to you.
