CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size. If you'd like to return your order, we MUST receive it within 7 days from when you received your order. Items must be in an unworn condition with tags intact. If your return complies with our policy, we will be more than happy to exchange it or issue you with an online voucher of the same amount. Please insure that you have your returns form together with your item(s), then send it to:

Once your return has been received and checked over, you will be contacted.
Please note Ivy Designer Collections do not cover postage for returns, so this will need to be covered by the client. No refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are final. Due to hygienic reasons, we also do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, bodysuits or under garments.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS
We will replace garments that are faulty or remedy any faulty goods purchased.
Returns remain subject to Ivy Designer Collections Returns Policy.
If you wish to return your item/s, please send them back to us as you would for a 'General Return'. Once we receive the item/s and accept your return, you will contacted to issue you with either a store credit or an exchange - an online code will be emailed to you.
