CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size. If you'd like to return your order, we MUST receive it within 7 days from when you received your order. Items must be in an unworn condition with tags intact. If your return complies with our policy, we will be more than happy to exchange it or issue you with an online voucher of the same amount. Once your return has been received and checked over, you will be contacted.
Please note Ivy Designer Collections do not cover postage for returns, so this will need to be covered by the client. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS or on initial postage. All sale items are final. Due to hygienic reasons, we also do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, bodysuits or under garments.
