We hope you love your pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible Australian orders.
We want you to feel completely in love with your purchase, if you change your mind for any reason, you have flexible options to return your item to us.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Lodged for return within 14 days of delivery
If your return does not meet these conditions, we are unable to accept it, and the items may be returned to you.
Your Return Options
- Refund to your original payment method, less the $9.90 return shipping fee and any original shipping costs.
- 115% store credit when you select store credit instead of a refund, processed easily through our online Returns Portal.
Store credit is valid for three years from issue date and can be used both online and in-store. You will receive your store credit within 1-2 hours, between the hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Sale & Final Sale Items
- Sale items, including products marked down during flash or seasonal promotions, can be returned for store credit only.
- Final Sale items, jewellery, intimates, and swimwear are not eligible for return or refund.
If a Final Sale item is returned despite this policy, it will be sent back to you at an additional shipping cost.
Return Fees
A $9.90 return fee applies to all Australian returns to cover the return shipping label. This amount will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Online purchases may be returned in-store at no cost, however, all returns must be lodged through the Returns Portal prior to visiting a store.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
All items are quality-checked before dispatch. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@ivydc.com.au with your order number and clear images of the issue.
Please note: Items damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faulty.
